Public information & privacy support

Personal Orchestrator

Personal Orchestrator is a private, personal-use automation system operated by its owner. It helps organize and act on information from connected services.

Private by design

Personal Orchestrator itself remains private and local. The application is not publicly hosted. This website is only an informational and privacy-support site; it is not the Personal Orchestrator application.

Gmail access

With authorization from the Google Account owner, Personal Orchestrator uses Gmail access for Personal Email Intelligence features.

The dedicated authorization uses the read-only scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly

Depending on the feature, it may use bounded information such as message and thread IDs, timestamps, labels, Inbox/Unread/Spam state, History IDs, sender, subject, bounded snippet or minimal context where needed for classification, and derived classifications.

How Gmail data is used

Gmail-derived information is used for synchronization, classification, digest, and attention features. Some bounded Gmail-derived information may be processed by configured service providers when needed for AI classification or attention analysis.

The Google Account owner chooses whether to authorize access and can revoke it through Google Account settings.
